FAQ

How does payment work?

After the diagnosis, you receive a proposal with the price and payment schedule. The project starts once it is accepted and the initial payment is confirmed.

How long does a project take?

The timeline depends on the service, the size of the project and the availability of content. The estimate and main milestones are confirmed in the proposal before the project begins.

How many changes are included?

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds. A round is a consolidated list of changes within the approved scope; additional requests are assessed before we proceed.

Will I get access to and control of my website?

Yes. After full payment, we hand over the access details and the agreed final deliverables so you retain control of your website.

Do you offer maintenance after launch?

Yes. Ongoing maintenance and follow-up are available through a separate proposal, tailored to the website's needs.

What do I need to provide to RMF?

We need information about the business, services, prices, visual identity and any available content. RMF helps organise everything, and the client validates the final version before publication.

Can you modernise an existing website?

Yes. We start with a technical assessment to decide whether it is better to improve the current solution or rebuild it in a controlled way.

Do you build websites in multiple languages?

Yes. We build websites in Portuguese, French and English. The number of languages and the preparation or translation of content are defined in the proposal.

What happens if the project changes or is cancelled?

Changes and cancellations follow the terms accepted in the proposal. Amounts are adjusted to the work already completed and costs already committed, with everything communicated in writing.
